Issue

Using Windows Remote Desktop to access a computer with an ongoing Synapse experiment may cause the experiment to crash. Windows Remote Desktop, especially when first connecting, is very processor intensive and can interfere with Synapse data collection.

Solution

Chrome Remote Desktop (Cromote) is a remote desktop alternative that is less resource intensive and does not cause this issue.
